Imperial Sugar Historic District

Over time, Sugar Land has gained a reputation as an affluent Houston suburb, a shift from its former life as a blue-collar, agriculture-dependent town. Its exceptional trade area and strong demographics are naturally suited to high-quality retail and restaurants. Plans include 200,000 square feet of office, 150,000 square feet of retail and entertainment space, and approximately 500 residences.
